Luscious Lemon Bars
- Yield 30 pieces
Ingredients
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 4 whole beaten eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix crust ingredients, lightly press into 9×12 pan, bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Meanwhile, mix filling ingredients.
- Allow crust to cool slightly, then pour filling gently over, making sure it touches all edges of the pan.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Cool slightly, then dust top with powdered sugar. Cool completely.
- Cut into bars.
