Add chicken and brown 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan.Brown chicken in a large skillet Add remaining ingredients to pan and cook over medium heat until onions are translucent. Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook 5 minutes Note: Serve over brown rice or mashed sweet potatoes.
