Lizzie’s Raspberry Fruit Salad
- Yield 8 servings
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 small instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 small Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 package frozen raspberries, unthawed
- 14 fudge striped cookies
- Mix buttermilk, instant vanilla pudding, and Cool Whip.
- Add pineapple, mandarin oranges, and raspberries and mix well.
- Crush the cookies and add 3/4 of them to the salad.
- Chill. Top with remaining cookies right before serving.
