Linguine with Anchovies

2tablespoons olive oil
3-- sliced garlic cloves
4-- anchovy fillets
1/4teaspoon red pepper flakes
8ounces linguine, cooked
3tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic cloves, anchovy fillets and red pepper flakes. Cook until anchovies melt into oil. Stir in cooked linguine. Sprinkle with chopped toasted walnuts.
