Linguine with Anchovies

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
3 -- sliced garlic cloves
4 -- anchovy fillets
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 ounces linguine, cooked
3 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic cloves, anchovy fillets and red pepper flakes. Cook until anchovies melt into oil. Stir in cooked linguine. Sprinkle with chopped toasted walnuts.
