Lime Ice Cream

Ingredients

4-- eggs
1cup sugar
1cup light corn syrup
2/3cup fresh lime juice
2teaspoons lime rind, freshly grated
2cups light cream, lightly whipped
3cups heavy cream, lightly whipped

Instructions

  1. Place eggs and sugar in large bowl of electric mixer; beat until lemon-colored.  Add corn syrup, lime juice and rind and cream.  Mix well.  Pour into ice-cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
