Lime Ice Cream

Try this easy recipe for a tasty summer-time treat.
- 4 -- eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lime rind, freshly grated
- 2 cups light cream, lightly whipped
- 3 cups heavy cream, lightly whipped
- Place eggs and sugar in large bowl of electric mixer; beat until lemon-colored. Add corn syrup, lime juice and rind and cream. Mix well. Pour into ice-cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
