Lime Ice Cream

- 4-- eggs
- 1cup sugar
- 1cup light corn syrup
- 2/3cup fresh lime juice
- 2teaspoons lime rind, freshly grated
- 2cups light cream, lightly whipped
- 3cups heavy cream, lightly whipped
- Place eggs and sugar in large bowl of electric mixer; beat until lemon-colored. Add corn syrup, lime juice and rind and cream. Mix well. Pour into ice-cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
