Lemonade Poppyseed Bundt Cake
- Yield 12 to 16 servings
- one box Lemon cake mix*
- one box intstant lemon pudding 3.4oz
- 4 eggs
- one cup fluid ounce 8 oz. lemondae
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- two tablespoon poppyseeds
- Heat oven to 325 F. Grease and flour a 10-12 cup Bundt Pan. In large bowl, mix all ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.Cool in pan for ten mintutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
*Use 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemonade mix to one class of water.
