Lemon Pecan Pie

Ingredients

6-- eggs
2 1/2teaspoons butter, melted
1 1/4cups sugar
3/4cup pecans, chopped
1teaspoon lemon extract
1/2-- lemon, juiced
1-- pie crust dough
1-- Crust
1-- Filling

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Place unbaked crust in 9" pie plate.

Mix in this order:

Beat eggs by hand

Add butter, sugar, pecans, lemon extract, and lemon juice.

Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Then bake approximately 1 hour (until set) at 300 degrees.
