Place unbaked crust in 9" pie plate. Mix in this order: Beat eggs by hand Add butter, sugar, pecans, lemon extract, and lemon juice. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Then bake approximately 1 hour (until set) at 300 degrees.
