Ingredients

2cups evaporated skimmed milk
1cup sugar
2tablespoons grated lemon rind
1/3cup lemon juice (fresh preferred)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine together the evaporated skimmed milk, sugar, lemon rind, and lemon juice, stirring until well mixed. Pour into an 8-inch square pan. Freeze until firm.
