Lemon-Herb Chicken Roast

  • Yield 8 servings

Quick-and-easy roasted chicken.


1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons oregano
2 whole chickens
2 whole lemons, sliced
2 small onions


  1. Sprinkle spices on each chicken.  Top with sliced lemon and onion.  Place in small roasting pan.  Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until tender.
