Lemon-Herb Chicken Roast
- Yield 8 servings
Quick-and-easy roasted chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 whole chickens
- 2 whole lemons, sliced
- 2 small onions
Instructions
- Sprinkle spices on each chicken. Top with sliced lemon and onion. Place in small roasting pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until tender.
