A slightly sweet and tart libation for lemon lovers.
Ingredients
- Honey Simple Syrup:
- -- Honey
- -- Hot water
- Lemon Drop:
- 2 fluid ounces vodka
- 1 -- lemon cut in half
- 1 fluid ounce Honey Simple Syrup
Instructions
- To prepare honey simple syrup, mix 4 parts honey to 1 part hot water in a covered container that is convenient to pour from.
- Rim martini glass with sugar. Combine Honey Simple Syrup vodka, lemon (squeeze then drop into mixing tin) and ice. Lightly muddle. Strain into a glass laced with Honey and use one half of muddled lemon for garnish.
