PrintEmail Ingredients 3 tablespoons butter or margarine1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt1/4 teaspoon white pepper2 whole medium green onions, chopped1 pound fresh flounder fillets Instructions Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-low heat. Add dill, lemon juice, seasoned salt, pepper and green onions. Saute 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add flounder; cook, basting occasionally with pan juices, until firm and flaky, 10 to 15 minutes.
