• Yield <p>4-8</p> servings


1/2 pound ham, sliced thin
1/2 pound mortadella, sliced thin
1/2 pound genoa salame, sliced thin
1/2 pound provolone cheese, sliced thin
6 ounces cream cheese, whipped
1/2 cup olive spread mix
1 tablespoon turkish 7 spice blend
4 slices lavash bread {4 slices}


  1. Spread cream cheese bread slices. Sprinkle 7 spice blend on bread 
  2. On 2/3 of the bread, assemble slices of mortadella, ham, cheese, olive spread, cheese, salame and olive spread    
  3. With meat side closet to you, start to roll. Roll tightly. Make sure you seal the end. Roll each sandwich in plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes 
  4. With a serrated knife, slice into 1 1/4 inch thick pieces. Plate up and enjoy.
