Kale and Potato Pie

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 grated potato
- 1 grated sweet potato
- 1 dash bunch kale, chopped
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup any grated cheese
- 1 bread or pizza dough
- 1/4 cup butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Saute the onions. Add the grated potatoes and kale.
- Divide dough into balls about the size of an ice cream scoop and roll them out like pizzas, two for each pie.
- Scoop filling on the bottom shell, cover with cheese and another shell and pinch the edges together.
- Spread melted butter (or egg, or water) over the shell (optional) and bake till they are brown.
- They are good warm or cold. They pack well as a sandwich.
