You are here: Home » Recipes » Jerk Pork Bites Jerk Pork Bites Recipe by National Pork Board Yield 10 servings Prep 5 mins Cook 25 mins PrintEmail Ingredients 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes2/3 cup vegetable oil1/3 cup fresh lime juice2 tablespoons cider vinegar1 1/2 tablespoons thyme1 tablespoon brown sugar1 tablespoon ground allspice1 tablespoon nutmeg2 teaspoons black pepper1 1/2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon cayenne1/4 teaspoon ground cloves2/3 cup onions, chopped2 -- jalapeno chiles, seeded and minced3 cloves garlic, minced Instructions Place pork in 1/2-gallon self-sealing plastic bag. Combine oil, lime juice and vinegar; add sugar, seasons, onion and garlic. Mix until blended. Pour over pork. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 8 to 12 hours or overnight. Drain pork; discard marinade, and place meat in a single layer, not touching, in a shallow baking pan and roast at 350F. for 25-30 minutes, until pork is tender. Remove to serving platter and serve hot.
