Jain Vegetable Pasta
- Yield 4 servings
- 4 ounces Pasta - any kind- I like bowtie
- 1 pound mix vegetables- zuchini, squash, red pepper, green pepper
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 5 tablespoons oilive oil
Cut the veggies in any shape you like.
Boil pasta according to the basic instructions.
In a big pan, heat up olive oil and saute all the fresh produce except basil leaves.
On fast flame- keep there for about 5 minutes and then add boiled pasta.
Add salt and all seasonings like Italian, dried basil, dried parsley and grounded black pepper.
Add basil leaves last.
A colorful, healthy and stomach feeling dish is ready to eat!.
