Italian Ravioli Soup

  • Yield 8 servings


5 cans Beef Broth
6 cups Water
16 ounces Jimmy Dean Italian Sausage
1 14 oz cans Basil & Oregano Diced Tomatoes
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 can Whole Green Beans
1 package Meat Filled Ravioli
1 package Cheese Filled Tortellini
1 bunch Green Onion, chopped


Cook Italian sausage in large soup pot.  Remove sausage and drain grease, reserving 2 tablespoons grease.  Add crushed garlic and onion to pot.  Cook 3-4 minutes or until onion is soft.  Add beef broth, tomatoes, water, and green beans.  Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.  Add ravioli, tortellini and chopped green onion.  Let simmer 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
