You are here: Home » Recipes » Italian Ravioli Soup Italian Ravioli Soup Recipe by gaylasue Yield 8 servings PrintEmail Ingredients 5 cans Beef Broth6 cups Water16 ounces Jimmy Dean Italian Sausage1 14 oz cans Basil & Oregano Diced Tomatoes2 cloves Garlic, minced1 medium Onion, chopped1 can Whole Green Beans1 package Meat Filled Ravioli1 package Cheese Filled Tortellini1 bunch Green Onion, chopped Instructions Cook Italian sausage in large soup pot. Remove sausage and drain grease, reserving 2 tablespoons grease. Add crushed garlic and onion to pot. Cook 3-4 minutes or until onion is soft. Add beef broth, tomatoes, water, and green beans. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add ravioli, tortellini and chopped green onion. Let simmer 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
