Irish Kitchen Cinnamon Roasted Pecans

  • Yield 4 servings


1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 -- egg white
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups whole pecans (unsalted)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla


    Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Cover a 13×17” baking sheet, grease well. Combine all ingredients except pecans.  Stir until well blended, then toss in the nuts and coat them well before spreading onto the prepared pan. Bake for one hour, stirring half way through. Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container
