Easy Chicken Spaghetti

  • Yield 6 to 8 servings


8 -- chicken breast sliced into cubes
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 cup stir fry vegetables
1 -- Table spoon Mrs. Dash
1/2 teaspoon Season Salt
1/2 cup Apple Juice
1/2 cup Italian Dressing
1 -- jar (16 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 package spaghetti noodles
Parmesan cheese
Kraft shredded cheddar cheese


In a pan, on the stove, place the raw chicken breast with the butter, seasonings, apple juice and Italian Dressing mix and cook for 20 to 30 minutes on medium heat until chicken is cooked. In separate pan mix onions, Italian blend seasonings and butter until onions are golden in color next add tomatoes, mushrooms, and stir fry vegetables to the onions, cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are fully cooked. In large deep pan cook pasta until fully cooked.
In a 2 inch long pan pour half the tomato sauce in the pan with parmesan and cheddar cheese. Place half the cooked noodles on top of the sauce and then pour all the chicken mixture on the noodles. Then cover with the remaining noodles. Next sprinkle with cheddar and parmesan cheese and place in the oven at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
