I Can’t Believe This is Vegetarian Chili
- Yield 6-8 servings
- 15 oz cans black beans
- 15 oz cans pinto beans
- 15 oz cans great northern beans
- 15 oz cans creamed corn
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1 package bbq sauce
- 16 oz cans V-8 juice
- 8 oz cans Hunt's tomato sauce with garlic
Combine all ingredients together into a large saucepan, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
Serve with mexican cornbread.
Variation: add 4 oz can ofr green chilies, packet of taco seasoning mix instead of chili, and cooked, diced chicken for taco soup.
