PrintEmail Ingredients 1/3 cup jalapeno peppers2/3 cup bell peppers1 1/2 cups vinegar6 1/2 cups sugar1 small bottle pectin Instructions Seed peppers and chop. Mix peppers, vinegar, and sugar in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute. Cool 5 minutes. Add pectin and a few drops of red food coloring. Pour into hot sterizlized jelly glasses and seal. Be sure to use gloves when grinding or chopping jalapeno peppers as they burn the hands.
