Hot Cocoa from Askinosie Chocolate

Creamy and delicious, this hot cocoa really shines when you use the best cocoa you can find.
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons raw or Demerara sugar
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 6 ounces hot milk (160F—do not boil)
- Mix cocoa powder, sugar and salt. Slowly stir or whisk in hot milk.
