Simple Hot Cocoa

Creamy and delicious, this hot cocoa really shines when you use the best cocoa you can find.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons raw or Demerara sugar
1 pinch sea salt
6 ounces hot milk (160F—do not boil)

Instructions

  1. Mix cocoa powder, sugar and salt. Slowly stir or whisk in hot milk.
