Hot Apple Raspberry Cider
- Yield 8 servings
Raspberry juice gives this hot apple cider lots of added flavor and color.
- 8 cups Washingtron apple cider or apple juice
- 1 cup frozen raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Combine the cider, raspberry juice concentrate, sugar and cinnamon stick in a 4-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the mixture begins to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove fro the heat. Remove the cinnamon stick. Serve hot.
