Hot Almond Cheese DIp

  • Yield: 15 servings


1/3cup mayonnaise
8ounces cream cheese, softened
1cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1cup shredded swiss cheese
4-- scallions, minced
-- Ground nutmeg, to taste
3/4cup slivered almonds, toasted


  1. Combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, scallions and nutmeg in a bowl; mix well.  Stir in almonds.  Spoon into baking dish.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Serve immediately with crackers.
  3. Toasted almonds may be sprinkled over top instead of stirred into dip.
