You are here: Home » Recipes » Honey-Mustard Grilled Chicken Honey-Mustard Grilled Chicken Yield 4 servings PrintEmail Ingredients 4 -- boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 ounces each)1/4 cup honey mustard salad dressing3 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard (heaping tablespoons)2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice1 tablespoon honey -- salt, to taste -- freshly ground pepper, to taste Instructions In a large bowl, whisk salad dressing, mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt and black pepper. Coat chicken halves in mixture. Cover and marinate 1 hour or overnight. Preheat charcoal grill. Scrape excess marinade from chicken. Place chicken about 6 inches above medium-hot coals. Grill chicken, turning occasionally, for 35 to 45 minutes until juices run clear. Serve tossed with a pasta or green salad topped with honey-mustard dressing or as main dish.
