Just a kiss of honey pumps of the flavor of this dip.
- 2 -- ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
- Mash avocados. Stir in lemon juice, honey and cilantro. Add sea salt to taste. Serve immediately with multigrain tortilla chips.
