Honey Guacamole

  • Yield: 8 servings


2-- ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
2tablespoons lemon juice
1tablespoon honey
1/4cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/2teaspoon Sea salt


  1. Mash avocados. Stir in lemon juice, honey and cilantro. Add sea salt to taste. Serve immediately with multigrain tortilla chips.
