Honey-Dijon Pork Satay

6 whole pork tenderloins
12 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup honey
2 cups soy sauce
3 cups Dijon-style mustard
72 -- skewers (6 inch)


  1. Cut tenderloin lengthwise into slices 1/6-inch thick; then cut into strips about 5×1-inch.

  2. In large bowl stir together well soy sauce, mustard, honey and garlic. Remove and reserve 3 cups for dipping sauce (cover and refrigerate).

  3. Place pork in large self-sealing bag; pour remaining marinade over. Marinate in refrigerator 1-3 hours.

  4. Thread pork strips onto skewers and grill for 4-6 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.
