Ingredients 3/4 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup honey1 cup sugar2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup chopped nuts1 egg, beaten1 teaspoon baking soda1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon saltIcing:1 cup confectioners sugar1 teaspoon vanilla2 tablespoons water2 tablespoons honey2 to 4 tablespoons melted butter Instructions Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients together until evenly blended. Press into a well-greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Mix icing ingredients until well blended and thin enough to spread. Spread on bars while they are warm. Cut bars and remove from pan. —Betty Wagner, Hanover, Ind.
