PrintEmail Ingredients 1 -- egg1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon vinegar1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/8 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon dry mustard1 cup vegetable oil Instructions In a blender or food processor with a plastic blade, mix all ingredients except oil. Add oil very slowly while machine is running. Scrape sides of container and mix three to four seconds longer. Chill. As a variation, avocado, horseradish, or toasted, dried onion flakes can be added.
