Home Made Rye Crisps

1/2 cup Rye Flour
1/2 cup White Flour
4 tablespoons Margarine
3 tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Caraway Seed


Blend dry ingredients together. Use pastry cutter to work in the margarine. Stir in the milk. Form into a ball. Roll into 1/8 to 1/16 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes. Prick with a fork. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 4-6 minutes or until lightly browned on edges.
