PrintEmail Ingredients 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated1 tablespoon dried basil1/4 teaspoon pepper1 large baking potato, unpeeled, cut into wedges2 teaspoons canola oil Instructions Mix the cheese, basil and pepper in a shallow dish. Brush the cut sides of the potato wedges with canola oil; dip into the cheese mixture. Place the potato wedges in a greased 8×8-inch baking pan.
