Herbed Potato Wedges

Throw away the frying pan! You'll love these oven-baked potato wedges.
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large baking potato, unpeeled, cut into wedges
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- Mix the cheese, basil and pepper in a shallow dish. Brush the cut sides of the potato wedges with canola oil; dip into the cheese mixture. Place the potato wedges in a greased 8×8-inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
