Herbed Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce

  • Yield 4 servings


1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
4 boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can (10 3/4-oz) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup milk


  1. Mix garlic powder, paprika and basil. Coat chops with the mixture.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Cook chops 10 minutes or until browned.
  3. Add onion and cook until tender.
  4. Add soup and milk. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until chops are done
