Herbed Mozzarella Olives

1 (6-ounce) can California Black Ripe Olives
1cup Sweet 100 or grape tomatoes
4ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, balls halved or diced into 1-inch pieces
1/2cup chopped basil
2tablespoons olive oil
1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
4 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4teaspoon kosher salt
1/4teaspoon black pepper


  1. Toss olives, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil in a large mixing bowl. Dress thoroughly with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Marinate for at least 3 hours before serving.
