Healthy Protein Ice Cream

15-17-- ice cubes
1/2cup cottage cheese
1cup water
1scoop protein powder
1teaspoon ground cinnamon
1pinch salt
1/2teaspoon xanthan gum
2tablespoons sugar free vanilla pudding mix


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.


Feel free to add different ingredients such as chocolate pudding instead of vanilla, frozen fruits, chocolate chips, granola or graham cracker crumbs.
