Healthy pasta

  • Yield 4-6 servings

Ingredients

1 pound Spinach penne pasta
16 ounces Broccoli/ frozen or fresh
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Boil water in pot, when water is boiling put the box of penne in. Take turkey meat an cook in frying pan til fully cooked. When penne is almost soft add broccoli to the same pot. Drain when penne is soft and broccoli is cooked. Add table spoon of olive oil to broccoli and penne then add the cooked turkey meat. Mix all together an you have a meal!
