Veggie Shots

  • Yield: 1 servings


1tablespoon hummus
-- carrots
-- red peppers
-- cucumbers
-- celery


  1. Put hummus into bottom of shot glass.
  2. Peel carrots.
  3. Slice carrots, red peppers, cucumber, and celery into 2 inch strips.
  4. Place veggies in shot glasses artfully.
  5. Leave out veggies that don't fit (or slice some extra ones) for additional dipping.
