Kale Chips

Ingredients

1bunch kale
olive oil
sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash, trim stems and pat dry several kale leaves.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 4 minutes (burns quickly, so watch it! It’s ready when the edges are a little brown).
