Healthy Green Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with nutritional goodness.



1/2 cup apple or orange juice
1 cup spinach
1 -- banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)


  1. Add juice and spinach to then blender and blend well. 
  2. Add banana and frozen fruit and blend together. 

*You can add water to reach your desired consistency.
