Healthy Apple Sauce
- Yield: 15 to 20 servings
- 1 bag-- Organic Rome apples
- 1 bag-- Organic Granny Smith apples
Wash apples and remove stem and blossom ends. Do not peel or core. Cut into fourths and put into a heavy pot. Do not add water. Place on low heat and cook until soft.
Put through a food mill. Discard peel and seeds. May add cinnamon to taste, but do not add sugar.
The sauce will be sweet enough. Freezes well.
