- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 unit Nutella
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, high quality
- 2 teaspoons fine sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
- 1 ounce finely grated dark chocolate
Whip cream until soft. Slowly add vanilla and sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Warm Nutella in a double boiler and fold gently into whipped cream. Spoon into serving dishes. Garnish with chopped hazelnuts and grated chocolate.
