(cook about 10 minutes) Stir in soup. (cook about 10 minutes uncovered), add in sour cream and ranch dressing and bring to boil and turn heat down and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Cook egg noodles and mix together and serve. Add 1 can of green peas if desired.
