Guy’s Rockin’ Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup pineapple in large chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 7 large strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup fresh kale leaves

Instructions
- Combine the fruit, orange juice, yogurt, flax seeds and ice cubes in a blender and mix for 20-30 seconds. Stop the blender, remove the top and add the kale. Mix for another minute until blended well. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
