Guy’s Rockin’ Smoothie

1medium banana
1cup pineapple in large chunks
1/2cup fresh or frozen blueberries
7large strawberries, hulled
1cup orange juice
1 1/4cups plain yogurt
2tablespoons flax seeds
1cup ice cubes
1/4cup fresh kale leaves


  1. Combine the fruit, orange juice, yogurt, flax seeds and ice cubes in a blender and mix for 20-30 seconds. Stop the blender, remove the top and add the kale. Mix for another minute until blended well. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
