Guy’s Rockin’ Smoothie

  • Yield 4 servings

Ingredients

1 medium banana
1 cup pineapple in large chunks
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
7 large strawberries, hulled
1 cup orange juice
1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup fresh kale leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine the fruit, orange juice, yogurt, flax seeds and ice cubes in a blender and mix for 20-30 seconds. Stop the blender, remove the top and add the kale. Mix for another minute until blended well. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
