Guacamole La Perilla

2 ripe Haas avocados, peeled and pitted
1/4cup chopped sweet onions
1 garlic cloves, minced
1/2cup minced cilantro
1/4cup commercially prepared salsa verde
1/2teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
Juice of 1 lime


  1. Mash the avocado in a mixing bowl with a fork or potato masher and lightly fold in all remaining ingredients leaving the mixture a bit chunky.
