Guacamole La Perilla
- Yield 6 servings
Store-bought salsa verde spices us traditional guacamole.
- 2 ripe Haas avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onions
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup minced cilantro
- 1/4 cup commercially prepared salsa verde
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
- Juice of 1 lime
- Mash the avocado in a mixing bowl with a fork or potato masher and lightly fold in all remaining ingredients leaving the mixture a bit chunky.
