Guacamole Avocado

2 ripe avocados
1/2 white onion, minced
1/2 jalapeños, seeded, minced
2tablespoons chopped cilantro
2tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2teaspoon coarse salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1medium tomato, seeded and minced


  1. Mash avocado with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
