Guacamole

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 white onion, minced
- 1/2 jalapeños, seeded, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and minced
Instructions
- Mash avocado with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
