Ground Beef Casserole

5ounces Pkg Noodles
2tablespoons Butter
1 1/2pounds Ground Beef
1teaspoon Salt - to taste
1teaspoon Pepper - to taste
1/4teaspoon Garlic salt
8ounces Tomatoe sauce
1cup Creamed cottage cheese
1cup Sour cream
1/2cup Chopped onions
3/4cup Grated Sharp American cheese


Cook noodles until tender in salted water: drain

Melt butter in skillet, add meat. Cook stirring until meat has lost red color. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt & tomatoe sauce.Simmer gently for about 5 min. Remove from heat

Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and noodles.Place half of noodle  mixture in a 21/2 qt casserole.. Cover with meat mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.


Top with grated cheese.


Bake 375 for 30 min.
