Ground Beef and Black Olives Stuffing

1/4cup canola oil
2pounds ground beef
8ounces package of pork links
1/2cup onions, chopped
3cloves garlic, chopped
1teaspoon cinnamon
4.25ounces canned California ripe black olives, chopped
4ounces canned mushrooms, chopped
1/2cup dried apricots, diced
1/2cup dried prunes, diced
1/2cup raisins
1/2cup walnuts, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet at medium temperature.  Add ground beef and pork links and brown for 5 to 10 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients and saute for 20 minutes or until done.
