Ground Beef and Black Olives Stuffing

A delicious Ground Beef and Black Olives Stuffing for any occasion!


1/4 cup canola oil
2 pounds ground beef
8 ounces package of pork links
1/2 cup onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4.25 ounces canned California ripe black olives, chopped
4 ounces canned mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup dried apricots, diced
1/2 cup dried prunes, diced
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet at medium temperature.  Add ground beef and pork links and brown for 5 to 10 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients and saute for 20 minutes or until done.
