Grilled Squash with Herbs de Provence

  • Yield 4 servings


1 small Zucchini
1 small yellow squash
1 tablespoon Herbs de Provence
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt


Slice the zucchini and yellow squash in quarter inch slices. Dry on a paper towel so they don't stick together.  Place in a bowl, add mix in olive oil until coated with oil. Sprinkle with Herbs de Provence and salt. Place in a grill basket and place in a preheated grill around 350 degrees. Grill for about 8 minutes. Stir once.
