Grilled Shrimp with Tropical Fruit Salsa

  • Yield 2-3 servings


16-19 pieces Gorton's Classic Grilled Shrimp
1/2 cup pineapple, diced
1/2 cup mango, diced
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled & diced
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
4 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch pepper
2 cups brown rice, prepared


  1. Prepare Gorton's Classic Grilled Shrimp according to package instructions.
  2. Combine pineapple, mango, cucumber, pepper, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper and place on top of rice with shrimp and serve immediately.
