Grilled Shrimp with Tropical Fruit Salsa

  • Yield: 2-3 servings


16-19pieces Gorton's Classic Grilled Shrimp
1/2cup pineapple, diced
1/2cup mango, diced
1/2cup cucumber, peeled & diced
1/2cup red pepper, diced
3tablespoons cilantro, chopped
4teaspoons lime juice
1/4teaspoon salt
1pinch pepper
2cups brown rice, prepared


  1. Prepare Gorton's Classic Grilled Shrimp according to package instructions.
  2. Combine pineapple, mango, cucumber, pepper, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper and place on top of rice with shrimp and serve immediately.
