Grilled Salmon with Parsley Lemon Dill Sauce
- Yield 4 servings
A fresh light taste, good enough to serve to your in-laws.
- 4 -- salmon steaks
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley or 4 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and herbs together. Baste salmon steaks with half of the sauce.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with 1 tablespoon of remaining sauce on the side or on top of the steak.
