Grilled Rosemary Chicken

  • Yield 4 servings


1 -- whole chicken, cut up
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 dash salt and pepper


  1.  Wash chicken & pat dry & place in bowl.
  2.  Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.  
  3.  Marinate 2 hours or overnight.
  4.  Remove chicken from marinade and place on heated grill.   Cook slowly,  turning   often, about 35-40 minutes.   Brush frequently with marinade to prevent drying out. 
  5.  Serves 4.
