Grilled Rosemary Chicken
- Yield 4 servings
- 1 -- whole chicken, cut up
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- Wash chicken & pat dry & place in bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Marinate 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place on heated grill. Cook slowly, turning often, about 35-40 minutes. Brush frequently with marinade to prevent drying out.
