Ingredients 4 slices whole-grain bread4 teaspoons softened butter, divided4 slices lean ham1 roasted red pepper (from a jar), patted dry and thinly slice3 ounces Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, sliced Instructions Spread butter on bread.
